Arrival

We kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary consultation forms and ensure your appointment details are correct. Additionally, we ask that when in the reception area please keep the noise to a minimum and your phone on silent. 

Late arrivals

While we strive to accommodate all appointments, regrettably, late arrivals may not always be possible to accommodate. In such cases, the full price will apply for the originally booked treatment duration. We kindly request your understanding and value your time as much as we do ours. 

Gift voucher redemptions & discounts 

At Barley Sugar, we provide gift vouchers valid for three years. Please note that we cannot accept expired vouchers. Additionally, while we honour discounts such as birthday specials, we are unable to apply both a birthday discount and a gift voucher to the same appointment. 

Cancellation & deposit policy

Once you have booked in with us, our system will prompt you to make a deposit to secure your reservation. If you cancel within a 24-hour window, a charge will apply. However, if you cancel 24hrs prior, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you prefer not to provide your card details online or if you plan to pay with a voucher or cash, we kindly ask that you call us in advance to arrange your booking.
